Difiaba warehouse in Miami, FL processes our online orders and ships within the United States.
Orders placed before noon ET Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after noon ET will be processed the following business day.
We use 2 different carriers to deliver your orders: UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS). When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on your package’s weight and address destination.
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, starting from the day the order is shipped. 1 to 3 business days start from the day the order is shipped as well. We will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Returns and Refunds are accepted on sealed, unopened, unused products within thirty (30) days of purchase with the original packing slip or invoice.
Once the return has been processed, the refund minus shipping and handling will be credited back to your original payment method:
- Credit card purchases must be refunded to the original card used for purchase.
- Purchases made on an account will be refunded as a credit back to the customer’s account.
The following types of products are not accepted for return: Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to price tags, stickers, or other markings made with pen or marker and cracked, dropped, or broken appliances. Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.
No return will be accepted, regardless of the reason, on any product over 30 days from the invoice date.
